\\ Suspect Arrested After Pleasuring Himself inside Target

On Tuesday, August 18th, a Newnan Police Department unit was dispatched to 555 Bullsboro Dr, Target, after E911 was contacted by Target staff regarding an incident of public indecency.

Initial Contact

Upon arriving at the location the NPD officer found the suspect in his vehicle in the parking lot preparing to leave. The officer made contact with the suspect, detained him and escorted him back in the store to the Loss Prevention office. Once the suspect was secured the officer began working with Target staff to investigation the allegations.

A Series of Wicked Events

During his investigation the officer notes the suspect can be seen entering the store just before Noon before he starts walking throughout. According to the report, while in the aisle displaying dog related items, the suspect can be seen with his penis fully outside of his shorts and than can be seen pleasuring himself for a short period of time.

The suspect than made his way to the infant clothing aisle where he again is observed with his penis fully outside of his shorts, pleasuring himself. The report notes that at this time an adult female and child where in sight of the suspect, however it's unknown if either were aware of, or observed, the suspects actions.

Over the next 5 to 10 minutes the report details the suspect making it to other areas of the store, including the shoe aisle, where he continually exposed and pleasured himself.

At some point an officer noted a fluid visible on the outside of the suspects shorts, after reading him his rights an officer asked him questions regarding it which the report notes he answered some time later stating it was spit.

False Information

After being placed under arrest the suspect was asked if he had an Identification Card with him, which he stated he did not. When asked for his name and date of birth, he provided a name of Jacob Roberson with a date of birth in 2005. He was than transported to the jail for booking.

Once at the jail the officer was unable to confirm the identity the suspect had given and when pressed about it, the suspect admitted his name was Dural Derrell Stegall Jr. He however refused to provide any information regarding his place of residence.

Dural Derrell Stegall, Jr.

20 Yrs Old of Newnan, GA.

Stegall was booked into the Coweta County Jail on the following charges

• PUBLIC INDECENCY-1ST OR 2ND CONVICTION
• GIVING FALSE NAME, ADDRESS, OR BIRTHDATE TO LAW ENFORCEMENTR

Both of the charges are misdemeanors.
