\\ Sneaky Link Goes Public After Arrest for Parking Lot Pair

Newnan Police Department units investigating a 911 report regarding a weapon being brandished by someone near the leasing office at the Vining's at Newnan Apartments lead officers to a sad series of unfortunate events that included leaving two juveniles unattended in an apartment while two adults had sexual relations in the public parking lot of the complex.

Investigation, Arrest and Charges

The incident report doesn't provide much in the way of a look into the investigation, only that it resulted in the fact two individuals had sexual relations in the parking lot, leaving two juveniles alone in an apartment while doing so. There's no mention of what the investigation came up with regarding if and why a gun was pointed at someone in the parking lot.

The report states that as a result of the investigation they decided to charge the female, identified as Adaielias-Cheyenne Shoshonee-Sheme Outlaw, 29, of Newnan with the following charges.

• 16-6-8(8) - Public Indecency - 1st or 2nd Conviction (M)
• 16-5-60(B) - Reckless Conduct (M)

Additionally the male, identified as Tyrone Smith, 34, of Hampton, GA was located with help from the Lovejoy Police Department where he was arrested and brought back to the Coweta County Jail and charged with the following.

• Aggravated Assault (F)

The incident report states that Smith was to be also be charged with a count of Felon in Possession of a Firearm, which would have been another Felony. Booking data only shows that he was charged with the Aggravated Assault charge.
