Suspect Arrested on Warrant
Booking records from the Coweta County Jail show that members of the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office Crime Suppression Unit executed an arrest warrant off Beavers Rd in Grantville on the afternoon of Monday, April 21st, that resulted in the arrest of 17 yr old William Nathan Branson.
Records show that in addition to charges stemming from a December 2024 incident, Branson was charged with numerous drug related charges for drugs located during the warrant service.
December 2024 Incident
On April 7th, the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office released the following statement regarding an ongoing investigation into a December 2024 incident that had at that time resulted in three arrest, including the arrest of Patricia Smith Fulford, 55, of Senoia who is a teacher at East Coweta High School.
In December of 2024, The Coweta County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct involving a juvenile. During the course of this investigation, Investigators with the Criminal Investigation Unit developed probable cause to charge Patricia Fulford with [ Charges have been redacted by NCST ].
Mrs. Fulford turned herself into the Coweta County Detention Center on Monday, April 7, 2025 and is currently awaiting first appearance.
A 15-year-old was charged with Contributing to Delinquency of a Minor (Misdemeanor), Child Sexual Exploitation (Felony), and Sodomy (Felony)
A second 15-year-old was charged with Contributing to Delinquency of a Minor (Misdemeanor) and Child Sexual Exploitation (Felony).
This is currently an active investigation involving several individuals and additional charges are possible.
According to arrest records, Branson was arrested on the following charges regarding the December 2024 incident; Contributing to the Delinquency of Dependency of a Minor (M), and Trafficking a Person for Sexual Servitude (F).

This charge is codified as GA Code § 16-5-46 (2024), the full text of which can be read here.
- (c) A person commits the offense of trafficking an individual for sexual servitude when that person knowingly:
- (1) Subjects an individual to or maintains an individual in sexual servitude;
- (2) Recruits, entices, harbors, transports, provides, solicits, patronizes, or obtains by any means an individual for the purpose of sexual servitude; or
- (3) Benefits financially or by receiving anything of value from the sexual servitude of another.

Booking records indicate the following individual was arrested and booked regarding the incident.

William Nathan Branson, 17, of Grantville was arrested by deputies with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Coweta County Jail for the following charge(s).
- Trafficking a Person for Sexual Servitude (F)
- Contributing to the Delinquency of Dependency of a Minor (M)
- VGCSA SCH 1/2 NARCOTIC POSSESSION (F)
- VGCSA SCH 1/2 NARCOTIC POSSESSION (F)
- MARIJUANA-POSSESS LESS THAN 1 OZ. (M)
- POSSESSION AND USE OF DRUG RELATED OBJECTS (M)
Booking records show that Branson was released from custody on the evening of April 22nd.
Criminal History
Branson has no known previous contact with law enforcement.

According to the reports the investigation into the December 2024 incident remains an open investigation with more charges possible.
