Suspects receive additional Child Endangerment charge for each child present
From June 9th through June 13th, four DUI suspects were arrested with children present in their vehicles. The suspects received additional serious charges including serious injury by vehicle and hit and run.
Two suspects, Hunter Eugene Dowling, and Andrica Chanell Daniel both had three children each in the vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol.
Each of the suspects received a misdemeanor charge of Endangering a Child by Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol for each child present.
Including these 4, there were a total of 16 DUI arrests last week.
